Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Twinkles your satisfaction is our highest concern. Our items are thoroughly checked before they are sent. Although our products are of high quality things don't always work out or you may have purchased the wrong size. If for any reason you’re dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the merchandise for the full purchase price less postage costs.

All items returned must be in new and an unused condition, in original packaging, labels intact and unworn, and a copy of your receipt should accompany the returned item. Should the item be returned to us in an unsatisfactory condition, no monies will be refunded to you.

You must indicate your intention to exchange or return within 5 days of the date of delivery.  In the case of items being exchanged, we will re-send the new item and you will be billed for the delivery charges. In the case of items being returned, once Twinkles is satisfied that the garment returned is in good order, you will be credited the full amount of the garment less delivery costs or you can elect to receive a Twinkles e-voucher to shop with at a later date. If Twinkles is of the view that the garment returned contains a significant factory fault, you will be credited the full amount of the garment plus delivery costs paid by you.

Exchanges or refunds are not available on sale items.  All sale item purchases are final and not exchangeable.

In order to arrange return of the garment, customers must contact Bex Couriers on 011 929 9700 to collect the garment. The customer is responsible for all delivery costs associated with exchanging or refunding, including returning the garment to us.
